Innovative hearing was amazing. I was having issues with my dad's insurance (insurance side) and Innovative Hearing went beyond to resolve the issue so my dad could get his hearing aids. Christine (Frederick MD) office and the Doctor at the Towson MD office (can't remember her name) were absolutely incredible to work with. When it was time to actually fit his hearing aids and fine tune them, they worked incredibly together. I couldn't recommend them enough.
