The fact that this man is retiring next year has me saddened for me but very happy for him. He’s a caring doctor - the kind who makes you feel that for the past 30 years you have been his only patient. He knows your case so well, and always can detect the most minor changes. He’s doing my cataract and glaucoma surgeries on 10/4. I’m in the best hands!

I admire the professionalism, knowledge, skills, politeness and helpfulness of Dr. James Busack and the members of his staff. The Center is well managed and outfitted. All the required high-tech instruments and diagnostic equipment are present. Waiting room and rest room facilities are satisfactory.

I called to make an appointment. My intuition told me to hang up and not schedule and appointment with these people. 1st impressions are always important! I stayed on hold, without music, didn’t know if I had been disconnected or not. The lady that answered the phone to set up appointment, drilled me and put words in my mouth. Not a good initial experience. Staff needs to work on CS!

Terrible. Put me on medication that wasn’t necessary which caused an allergic reaction. I can no longer wear contacts. Did nothing to help remedy the situation. Do not put your trust in this money hungry quack.

Everyone is very friendly and hopeful always smiling great people service. I hope Dr. Busack enjoy his retirement. I will miss him alot. Mrs. Jen is a big help to me and she make sure I got everything I need she is always smiling under that mask. Thanks everyone. T really appreciate u all

Phenomenal service. Samantha, who did several tests, was very personable and informative. Office staff was friendly and attentive. Dr Busack is the Best! He did my first cataract surgery 7 years ago and it could not have gone better!!
