Couldn’t even set up an appointment due to the extremely rude receptionists. I was hung up on three times, and will never see this doctor. The level of care here is atrocious and should be reviewed.

First time meeting Dr. Lowery and the rest of the FPCA team. Fantastic experience - excited to have found such a great dr in the area!

Dr. Lowry saved my life. I'm an Army Iraq War Veteran diagnosed with PTSD among other medical issues. I was prescribed a variety of pills to manage my anxiety and depression from my previous Doctors in California and Florida. I even considered suicide. When I moved to Maryland, I immediately made an appt. I was assigned Dr. Lowery. I told him my entire history of PTSD and he listened with true sincerity. He gave me a plan to come off all my pills and suggested non-habit forming drugs and holistic options. I no longer take ANY pills! And less nightmares! He saved my life! My kids have their Mom back!!! HIGHLY RECOMMED!

Dr. Jason Lowery has been my primary care physician for over 12 years. During that time I contracted a serious disease. Dr. Lowery has been the principal physician advising me and interpreting blood test results. At nearly every office visit typically for an annual physical, Dr. Lowery has called me a perfect patient, one who eats a healthy diet, exercises regularly, follows his advice, takes my medications responsibly, and comes in on time for checkups. I've never missed an appointment and my bills are paid in full by my insurance. Yesterday I was dismissed from the practice by Dr. Lowery with absolutely no warning or any prior indication whatsoever that any sort of problem existed. His reason: failure "to establish a healthy doctor- patient relationship", after 12 years! The practice manager, Shannon Habib, refused to cite any specific events or reasons for my dismissal and then hung up on me. If it appeals to you to be dismissed after 12 years seeing a doctor with no explanation or warning in the middle of a pandemic, Dr. Lowery is the doctor for you and this is the practice for you.

Dr.Lowery is incredible! He is patient, caring, and compassionate!

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Lowery. I just moved into the area and needed a primary doctor. I had to wait some time for a new patient visit--understandably--but today was the day and I was glad, I needed followup and help with a number of medical issues. My appointment was at 215 pm and I confirmed it several times and called in the morning to make sure of the address since I am new to the area and have to use Google maps to find places I haven't been before. I confirmed the address with the receptionist and headed there after putting Dr. Lowery's name and address into Google. Google unfortunately took me to a different Frederick Primary Care office, and when I called again the receptionist told me to come to his Urbana office and said if I could get there by 230 pm I could still keep the appointment. I drove straight there and was standing at the door to his suite at 230 sharp but they refused to see me.

Terrible person. Yelled at me for calling. Got the wrong symptoms because he didn’t listen. Told me this is not an emergency- he is not in my body. Worst doctor experience ever.

He was rude and dismissive. Didn’t listen and Inaccurately diagnosed me and yelled at me for calling for help. This man should not be in practice. He is a detriment to the profession.
