Jennifer Bell's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr. Bell a number of times. I really like her, and would recommend her to anyone looking for a podiatrist. She has a great bedside manner, warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She spends the time that you need, and I never feel rushed! A definite keeper, and I have a lot of doctors....A+ in my book.

My experience with Dr. Bell was not very good. I have bone spurs affecting my ankle. I had an earlier appointment and she advised me to do everything I could to avoid surgery, so I tried physical therapy. My ankle still was bothering me. I made another appointment to ask if there were any other options. I told her my friend had Laparoscopic surgery for her bone spurs. She told me I was not a candidate for that surgery. She also said if you think IM LYING. I quickly told her I was not suggesting she was lying just trying to seek my options. I’m not sure what triggered her to say that to me but I was and still am highly offended by her lack of professionalism. Of course we are fortunate to go to a different doctor and I will. Bedside manner is so important with a doctor, and she lacks in that area.

I can't really say how my visit was. I would have been the first time there, but since I wore a mask, I was told by the office manager that she didn't feel I was well and kicked me out of the office, telling me to go visit my family doctor. She was concerned about my demeaner - I was just sitting in a chair like I was told to do so how is that a concern about my demeaner???

Dr. Bell is personable and really cared for me as a patient. She listened to what I had to say and didn’t dismiss. I’ve only had 2 appointments with her, but she is in the process of ending 13 years of pain. She is knowledgeable, discussed everything clearly, and gives recommendations for next steps. She is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered

Went twice to see Dr Bell. Both visits ended with no effective diagnosis. Went to Primary Care physician who gave me antibiotics and drawing salve with daily epsom salt daily foot bathing which solved my issue.

She's awesome and I can't even fathom what's going through the minds of anyone who states otherwise.

Saw this doctor, was not impressed. Went to see her regarding some pain in the ball of my foot and she gave me some felt to put in my shoe. Seriously, thought I met with a shoe clerk who was pretending to be a doctor.

Dr. Bell is great. She is knowledgeable, articulate, and personable. She makes my feet feel much better every time I see her for recurring issues.

Dr. Bell advised me on an issue of immense significance and accurately diagnosed my issue. She is truly knowledgeable about her specialty and how it relates to other medical issues.
