K&K Hearing was very helpful with my hearing needs. A hearing test showed that my hearing had gotten worse and I needed new hearing aids that would adjust to this change. K&K Hearing provided me with wonderful, new hearing aids at a reduced price. Thank you Kim, for helping me to hear again. Every sound I hear now is so very precious to me.

K&K Hearing has provided my hearing aid services for the past two decades. In that time, I’ve owned four sets of hearing aids, each one more technically advanced than the last. K&K is a family-run business led by Kim Keller, a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD) and Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BC-HIS). K&K operates out of two locations — one in Hagerstown, MD, and the other in Frederick, MD. I experienced significant hearing loss as an infant due to bacterial meningitis, likely caused by either the high fever or the medications. Over the years, I’ve tried several other hearing aid companies, but none have restored my hearing to the level K&K has achieved. In fact, some of those companies told me outright to stay with K&K, since they couldn’t do better. K&K also provides complimentary maintenance every three months, checking and cleaning my hearing aids to keep them performing at their best. If you want hearing aids that actually work and a team that genuinely cares, K&K Hearing is the only place I’d recommend.

Excellent service. Mom's hearing aid was not working. We stopped in. And within 10 minutes the answer was found.Repairs are in the works.
