We love Dr Dev, and we've been in her practice for 7 years. However, her office does not require their staff to wear masks. Although the sign on the door says masks are mandatory, I was there today, and 5 staff members had their masks under their chins. 3 were doing data entry in an open office to the side of the reception desk, 1 was behind the reception deck, and another was at the front deck checking patients in. This last person has actually routinely been unmasked on our three previous visits to the practice over the past year. I've already sent feedback to the practice their automated system, and I talked to the office manager over the summer. Unfortunately I think this is just the standard of care. We love Dr. Dev and the other doctors and PAs at the practice, and we are really sad to be leaving... but we would rather find a new doctor than have our infant get COVID from his doctor's office.

Dr. Dev was wonderful to myself and my son during his visit. She was patient and took her time to answer any of my questions and I appreciate it. My son and I had a great experience with her.
