I was told my appointment was at 2pm but the appointment was moved to 1:30pm. I made this appointment a month ago and I always repeat back to the secretary on the phone so I don’t forget and I write it on my calendar. I was on the phone with a secretary at this location to change my appointment since I missed it and I was very upset that I am to be without my medications I rely on. I was made out to be insane because the secretary kept repeating that my appointment was at 1:30. When I know I was told 2pm. She told me this in a curt tone. I gave up, not wanting to take it and asked to re schedule. I’m very upset and I didn’t want to be. I felt horrible that day from other things I was going through. I didn’t appreciate the way the secretary spoke to me. I felt like a burden rather than a patient.

My daughter went there for therapy and for psychiatry both therapist and psychiatrist discharged her because she missed two appointments not in the same week what I don’t understand is you’re working with children that have issues and if they miss their appointment by accident, they discharge you I do understand if you miss a bunch of appointments my daughter was starting to do good on medicine and they discharged her now I’m having trouble finding Therapy and psychiatry for her

I enjoyed talking to the therapist so much she was very easy to talk to and very helpful and she explained how we were going to be able to communicate and stop talking a lot of meditation I have been taking for years.Many thanks and I can’t wait to hear from her again very soon.
