This is a good doctor in a terrible practice, and it's not worth trying to get through that front line. According to the witch that returned my call when I tried to leave a message (multiple times), Dr. Shaw has 1400 patients and no time to speak with or even email on a simple question unless you schedule an in-office appointment at a far future date. My insurance asked me to have a code added to a visit record and the office witch accused me of trying to falsify records. I switched insurance plans and doctors during open enrollment.
