Medstar Health Physical Therapy At Frederick's Online Review Report Card

I have chronic issues and have PT on an ongoing basis. These are the best therapists I've ever worked with. The people are great, the facility top notch and atmosphere is cheerful and professional. Great place.

The front desk worker, Janelle, was awesome. She handled constant calls and patient issues with paperwork, checking in, checking out and taking messages, all by herself. She was courteous, professional, helpful and if she were stressed being the only one behind that desk, you absolutely wouldn't have known it. My physical therapist David was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and helped my wanting to over achieve and my scattered brain understand what to do to help me recover efficiently from my knee surgery. The whole staff was happy and upbeat, which in my case, helped my state of mind. Positivity is huge in recovery and this place is full of it!

This is my first experience with Medstar physical therapy,and I've been very pleased with their care.Im already feeling better just after the first few visits.The exercises that I was assigned to do at home make a huge diffrence.My pain is much better.I am so THANKFUL!!!

I’ve been helped a great deal by the physical therapy team at MedStar Health Physical Therapy in Frederick. Kaitlyn and Brad have been very patient and helpful in working with me over the past weeks.

Excellent work by my physical therapist, Brittany. Her ability to guide me through the pain allowed me to make good progress on a steady basis. Well done, young lady!

Careful with this place. They tell you what your insurance covers and then charge you the amount. Communication here is terrible and they just in it for the money. One session can cost you 500 dollars after your insurance so beware.

The staff at this place are superb. Therapist, Cali, was a knowledgeable and her personal care is outstanding. They put a full hour of work. Listen to my concerns and changes. They are professional and friendly. Great experience!!
