My experience here today was amazing. This is the second time I had to come to MedStar on Shorebird in Frederick snd both times were amazing. I came today because I was still having chest pains after seeing an urgent care that was not MedStar the day before. I was seen and given pain pills and muscle relaxer and out in five minutes in the other urgent care without being listened to , even without taking my blood pressure. It felt so rushed and open ended. I decided to come to MedStar and when I was seen I was listened to , blood pressure taken , chest X-ray was done to make sure there was no infections or masses. Everything about my visit was so genuine and I am so grateful to the clinical staff there ( the PA Carolyn Towns and the nurse whose name I did not get, and the person who gave me the x-ray) .I understand that doctors and emergency rooms are crowded and dealing with many patients but the clinical staff at MedStar treats you like everything you say is important and taken into consideration. It doesn’t feel like a revolving door. I appreciate the clinical staff there very much . I wish I could make the clinical staff there my primary . I can’t say enough about how great they are.

I was not happy with my last visit I made an appointment online so I would not have to wait for the walk-in. We'll ended up waiting almost an hour in the back room just be asked to do a telavisit. Needless to say that was a joke all they did was give me a doctor's note to be off work. Had to make an appointment with my primary care found out I have a double ear infection and bronchitis. This will probably be my last time using right time medical

Everyone was very helpful and the medical assistant was pleasant and kept checking on us. We stayed a little long there due to test being ran but they had a tv for my child and they made sure we was ok or needed any water.

I was taken back right at my appointment time and the provider was very helpful and took time to explain my condition, the treatment and prognosis. Above and beyond for an Urgent Care Center.
