Lori Estrella is new to the practice, and I had a wonderful experience with her as my PCP. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and thoroughly review my health history instead of making me feel rushed. I was impressed by how attentive, compassionate, and detail-oriented she was throughout my appointment. It’s refreshing to find a provider who genuinely listens and makes you feel heard. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

Didn't even let me know my doctor was leaving. Call for meds after I've just had a physical & lady at the desk going to try and tell me I haven't been there 👀🙃 yeah okay. So no meds and now no doctor.

Facility was very clean, all personnel were very professional. I saw Lory Estrelle who was very through with my first visit. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, the nurse and Lory Estrelle were very competent and efficient. I feel I have made the right choice for primary care.

Refilling prescriptions are very difficult through this practice. My pharmacy will request a refill, and it is ignored most of the time. I have to call the provider myself every time. When I call to get the prescription refilled, I will be out on hold for over 10 minutes though I am told to hold for a “brief” time. It’s exhausting and I am without my meds often.
