List of Primary Care Associates Of Maryland's Reviews
I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one.

My first appointment with Dr. Agnes was excellent. She took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and ordered the appropriate blood work and testing to help find answers. I left that appointment feeling heard and confident that I was receiving good care.

Unfortunately, my follow-up experience was the complete opposite.

At 9:13 a.m., I received a call from the office letting me know my blood test results were available. The receptionist asked whether I preferred an in-person or virtual appointment. Since I was at work, I chose a video visit, and it was scheduled for 2:45 p.m. that same day.

I waited all afternoon and didn’t receive the video link until 5:18 p.m.—more than two and a half hours after my scheduled appointment time. No one called to let me know the provider was running behind or that the appointment would be delayed.

The visit was with a different doctor, not Dr. Agnes. I explained that I was driving because I had assumed the appointment wasn’t happening after waiting so long. She began reviewing my results, but the call dropped due to poor signal. She called me back a few minutes later and continued reading the results. When I asked if she could call me back in about 10 minutes so I could get to an area with better reception, she declined.

What disappointed me most was the lack of respect for my time. As patients, we’re expected to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance, yet there was no courtesy call to let me know my appointment would be over two hours late. A simple phone call would have allowed me to adjust my schedule instead of waiting all afternoon.

Dr. Agnes made a wonderful first impression, and I truly appreciate the care she provided. I just hope the office improves its communication and scheduling because today’s experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Lori takes the time to really listen to her patients. She is very knowledgeable and discusses the plan of care so that everyone understands their medications and role in staying healthy.
Outstanding service! The doctor is very professional and she knows how to make her patients feel comfortable during the consultation process.
Great Provider Knowledgeable very Compassionate
DO NOT GO!!! No one ever calls you back. If you need a refill on a prescription good luck getting it!! !t's impossible, I called 7 times and still never got anybody to call in my Prescription or call me back.
They responded promptly to my request and took care of my needs.
11/21/25 Edit: Just learned that because of how this establishment coded my occupational depression to my insurance, I have been denied health insurance. Currently trying to appeal. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place - find real care anywhere else.

Original:
PCA agreed to have me on a payment plan for my outstanding balance - later I discover they sent two of my bills to collections anyways without my knowledge. Remind you, one of these appointments was to just discuss my bloodwork results, which were fine and did not require discussion. Wish PCA would have told me my account was delinquent.

Edited to one star. My spouse paid for her visit on the day of her appointment, and still received a bill in full for the amount paid.
Very informative and patient. Listen well and take her time to answer all of my questions
not much waiting time, fast follow up and super nice staff. I love this place! Maghal Gorre is super nice , she takes her time to explain things to me so I can understand the next steps.
I rarely write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my visits to this clinic have been extremely disappointing.

The staff has been consistently unprofessional and disrespectful of both my time and my family’s. When my daughter needed her Athletics Physical Evaluation completed, the doctor failed to fill out the form correctly. I had to call multiple times and eventually return to the clinic myself just to point out the page that was missed — something that should never have happened.

More recently, I had an appointment with Lory Joy Estrella. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked in with the receptionist, and was placed in the examination room. I ended up waiting 45 minutes, yet the doctor never showed up. My time, just like any patient’s, is valuable and should be respected.

A medical practice should prioritize professionalism, accuracy, and respect for its patients. Sadly, that has not been the case here. I strongly advise others to save themselves the frustration and find a clinic with staff and doctors who truly care about their patients and serve their community with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
