I have been going ti Dr.Kass for over well over 10 years. He cares for My husband , my son and myself. I can say that I feel dr Kass truely cares about his patients. He always takes time to listen and never leaves any stone unturned. His office staff is always friendly and officiant. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I've been going to Dr. Kass' office for just about four years and would recommend it to anyone. His appointment times are kept. I can't recall waiting for more than 10 minutes. He takes time to review and explain. I don't feel rushed. I also like the Johns Hopkins myChart website that shows results of tests, history, etc. and enables messages to be sent directly to/from the doctor.

Very patient and typically available when sick. Excellent at follow-up and is very responsive to an occasional question or two via the Johns Hopkins medical records system. This makes communicating with him very efficient. The facility he is in does bloodwork and is full-service -- I never have to go out for basic testing. I am completely satisfied.

John Hopkins Family health has truly been the best Doctors office I have been to in my life. ( I have been to many in my 58 years). The receptionists are always kind and help with my needs. Doctor Kass is very good about listening and treating what ails me. I like the fact that he keeps track of my needs and when I am due for something he sends me a message or a referral to have it done. Also if I have a problem I can email him and he wastes no time in returning emails.

I have been going to the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians in Westminster, MD, Dr. Robert Kass for 11 years. The staff have been unfailingly responsive to our family. Dr. Kass has always taken the time to address every concern that we have had. If we send him an email to follow up, he and his staff have never failed to promptly and completely respond. We have recommended several family members and friends to this practice and they have been equally satisfied.
