Dr. Alcuri was exactly what we needed as new parents. Incredibly helpful, calming and knowledgeable presence. We had heard he was the best & are lucky to have him as our child's first doctor.

Dr. Alcuri and his staff are the best! He is a "no nonsense' kind of doctor and will not tell you what you want to her or prescribe something just cause. You can tell he is very experienced and has seen it almost all. the nurse is very sweet to us when we come in. Finally, they are always available when you need them. Really recommend this office!

Dr. Alcuri is amazing and we are so glad we found him while our kids are still young. (3 and 4) We experienced two previous pediatric offices that we were not comfortable with. Dr. Alcuri is extremely knowledgeable and will tell you like it is. My son had a bad rash at the beginning of Covid, and through a telemedicine visit Dr. Alcuri quickly identified and treated it. By that evening things were improving. He has also treated my son for an ear infection on the weekend via telemedicine when I called the nurse line. He is very responsive and attentive to all you child’s needs. His staff has always been very sweet and my kids love to chat with the nurses. It’s rare kids “like” their Dr., but mine do and you will not be disappointed if you choose Dr. Alcuri as you Pediatrician!

It certainly doesn’t look like a pediatric office. And the nurse seemed very uncomfortable administering a flu shot to my one year old. She showed him the adult size needle making him cry, fumbled around with it, pinched his leg multiple times trying to figure out where to put it, poked him, he moved, the fluid squirted all over his leg. He has had enough shots for me to know that’s not how it’s done. I left immediately. I received no call about it.

Dr. Alcuri is an excellent, thoughtful, and thorough pediatrician. His practice was first recommended to me by an NIH colleague in early 2002, and our children have been with him ever since. He is a bit of a throwback and runs a small, solo practice shop with M-F hours. He is soft-spoken and not flashy, but his ability to dispense accurate medical diagnoses that lead to proper treatment and benefit the patient is superb. We trust him 100% in overseeing the health and development of our children. My wife, a nurse, and I, a scientist, interact with physicians constantly in our professional lives, and are quite selective in choosing a medical practice and practitioner. Dr. Alcuri is the only private practitioner currently in Frederick area that I've felt compelled to write a glowing review in support of.

Great doctor and great staff. Always very helpful, and never wrong. Always personable and attentive. Always listens and explains. Going to urgent care or emergency room when this office is closed is a waste of time and money; they give no help or diagnose wrong, and next day visit to Dr. Alcuri solves the problem.

Kim is proactive and very helpful. Don't know what would have happen If I had not called Kim. Nurse was very good too, she ran preliminary checks in depth & was very welcoming and last but not the least Dr Alcuri is one of the finest pediatrician I ever came across. Quickly with his experience he was able to diagnose what I was assuming to be normal cough & cold to Streps & started the treatment. After 1 dosage my Son was fine. All in all amazing pediatric center in Frederick . I am very thankful to all of them for being so proactive, effective & humane & would always recommend them to others.

My child was ill and when I called Kim, she advised me to bring him in before the snow storm as the clinic would be closed. She scheduled the appointment for same day in no time. Kudos to Kim for being so proactive, its very rare to find reactiveness nowadays. Nurse was perfect too, quickly she did the preliminary checks . Doctor Alluri is one of the finest pediatrician I have seen ever, with his experience in no time he was able diagnose & start the treatment . After 1 dosage my Son was fine
