Good doctor and staff. Re: comment below on Krystal Ashbrook ( I went to school with her - she’s a loser and a ugly c*nt! ) has a lot of issues and should check herself in a mental ward. She not very well liked. Pure trash ( probably why she bullies people )

Didn’t like her or her staff. I highly feel Krystal Renee Ashbrook who’s a bipolar c**t that has multiple Facebook accounts to intentionally bully people and lives in Hagerstown wrote on of the negative reviews. She’s trash and low class - she told a friend of mine to go “ f her mom “ mind you the gals boyfriend is a retired cop and know does detective work. Krystal, is a pathetic lowlife she looks miserable in her Facebook pic. A classless white trash pig!

Best doctor I’ve seen in decades! Brilliant, caring and thorough. Worth every minute you’ll wait — I promise!! (This location’s office staff leaves much to be desired, though.)

Good luck getting an actual human being on the phone. Was on hold for 35 minutes trying to make a very important appointment, I hung up and will be looking for a new doctor immediately. Not to mention the last time I went I was told by the doctor that she saw on my EKG that there was damage to my heart which means I've had a "silent heart attack", well guess what, I had a cardiologist tell me that was false and you cant even tell those types of things from and EKG.. thanks for the scare. Worst practice I have ever been to in life.

Susan Brinkley is such a wonderful doctor. She really cares about her patients and wants what is best for them. She has saved many lives. She is a incredible doctor. Thank you Doc Brinkley for saving my life and my family’s.

She is wonderful! She has long wait times but when you get with her, she does not rush at all. So to me, she is worth the wait. The front desk staff, however, is awful. They do not deliver accurate messages to her. They are not pleasant when one comes in and they are like robots doing a job. They have been downright rude to clients. Although the office manager will admit the staff and has made mistakes, he has been useless for managing poor behavior of the front desk staff.

Can't reach her and she does not return calls even when left message that I was allergic to a medication  I left her in a flash !

If you want a dr who cares, who will take the time to listen, and is so smart it is scary, you want Dr. Susan Brinkley. She will keep you waiting but that is because when you see her, you will have your time with her. It hurts me that she is in a bad building, and has poor staff supporting her (except Sharon, who is great) but that is the place. That is not HER. Have known her since she was a kid. Have followed her everywhere since she began practicing medicine. She has taken care of me and mine better than anyone ever could. BEST DR EVER

if you’re in a hurry, well don’t be in a hurry you might have to wait a little bit because she’s very thorough and takes her time with the patients.

Dr Brinkley is an excellent diagnostician who catches many things other doctors do not. Yes she can run behind but she does so because she is very detail oriented and takes time to talk through medical options. She explains the medications she is giving and why.I’ve met a number of people in the waiting room, who like me would have gone undiagnosed with serious illnesses had it not been for her diligence.She does not rush through patient visits just to keep on schedule. You and your health are important and it takes time to figure out what’s going on. So while you may be waiting you can be assured you will get the same attention. Medicine takes time.She is also very good about ordering the specific bloodwork you need to get to the root of your problem. Every specialist she has sent me to see has been top notch and helpful.I’m feeling better than I have in years thanks to her skill and efforts and I recommend her without reservation.
