Reliable, highly communicative, compassionate, and skilled. I am very impressed with TheKey. My 96yo mother felt comforted by each of the competent and gentle overnight aides, and I can not say enough about the personalized attention I received from Deb Frye, the Maryland GM. I recommend this agency without reservation.

The Key was very helpful. Working with me in short notice. Do to a national shortage of people, it is best to contact them in advance. I only gave them a day and they were able to offer me 24 hour service with only a couple of holes to fill. Everyone was friendly and cared about helping.

Out to make money not help people. Does not provide home care via Medicaid, only private pay, suggest looking elsewhere as their heart is not in the right place.

DON"T DO IT! I called and relayed all information regarding my father/s care requirements including medication, his dementia, etc. and set up a schedule. I was told they had a CNA/CMT who would be with him when they performed 24-hour care. NOT true. I found this out several days after they started working with our family while my Dad was alone in their care . . . . Also, the first day, the lady came without any gloves and didn't follow directions. The second day, the caregiver no-showed. HORRIBLE!!!!

Oasis Senior Advisors helps families find senior living communities when living alone at home is no longer safe for their elderly loved one. Sometimes we encounter folks who need in home caregiver support. When situations like this arise, we confidently refer to Home Care Assistance. Their main focus is making a quality match with their caregivers to the senior in need of support, the FIRST time. Their communication with Oasis and our clients is congruent and informative. From the operation manager to the staffing coordinator and nurse, we partner with Home Care Assistance to get quality caregiver support. What is unique to Home Care Assistance is their focus on clients with dementia. They utilize flip books with a variety of pictures and puzzles called the Cognitive Therapeutic Method. This is an impressive tool to engage the caregiver with the client while promoting cognitive stimulation. While it is sometimes difficult to interact with individuals with cognitive decline, their caregivers are trained to help promote interaction, socialization and brain stimulation. All of the families we have referred Home Care Assistance to have given 100% positive feedback about their caregivers and services provided. And we will continue to confidently refer our clients to Home Care Assistance.

There isn’t a single thing this company wouldn’t do to make sure you and your family have been served and taken care of in the best way possible. The staff here in Frederick will go above and beyond to surpass every want and need for the families. They also do an incredible job working with staff members and keeping them thriving in what they do! The love and passion that the staff in Frederick have for people in general isn’t like any place I have seen or experienced before. I would recommend this company to everyone I know!
