U.N.I. Urgent Care does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Maybe it was just the day I went, but I thought the total experience at U.N.I. Urgent Care Center was bad - from beginning to end. I waited for about five/5 hours before I was called back to start the nurse screening, and finished at about five and three quarters/5.75 hours. The waiting room was chaotic and not well managed; those waiting received little to no communication about what was happening and why. I still have no idea why I waited so long. There seemed to be no prioritization process or a way for those withMedical issues beyond the offered rapid COVID test to be separated and handled distinctly from those just there for the rapid COVID test (I was NOT there for the rapid COVID test). When I finally did see the doctor, one of two of my medical reasons to be there were systematically dismissed. I was told they were understaffed by one nurse that day, but that shouldn’t have created the chaos. I think they were understaffed by a doctor or two and a couple of nurses. I will not go back to this facility again.
