From the moment I entered the ofc thru the end of my appt., everyone was courteous & friendly. Dr. Sivakumar was wonderful! This was my initial visit w/her. She spent an inordinate amt of time talking w/me. She focused on what I was saying and asked questions seeking further clarity on varied concerns. She welcomed me to the practice and stated we, together, would seek answers and/remedies to my concerns. She gave me printed material regarding a diagnosis; she modeled an exercise to perform & had me to perform it to ensure I was correctly performing it; and she discussed w/me a plan of action in maximizing & stabilizing my health. Her interaction was positive, warm & friendly! She exhibited a stellar level of professionalism in addition to recognizing my fears & vulnerability. She didn’t hesitate to show empathy to my story.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sivakumar for many years. Over the weekend I had an issue serious enough to warrant bothering having to call. I got a quick response from Dr. Sivakumar . From the front desk , the P.A., the lab technician, all are professionals at the top of their game, they care about their patients , even though, they too, are working hard to get through this pandemic.

My first appointment was one of the best medical interactions I've ever had. The reception staff and techs were extremely friendly, the PA had great bedside manner, and Dr. Sivakumar took the time to do a deep dive into my medical history, provide diagnoses with detailed explanations, and digestible next steps. They have a Quest on site so bloodwork was done promptly and the phlebotomist tech was extremely personable. I'm so glad I found this practice and will absolutely recommend to others.

Dr. Sivakumar took time to listen to why I was in her office and gave great advice. She even asked about my family and if they had symptoms. Then she gave advice for them as well even though our children are not her patients. I felt taken care of and like I had a way to get us back on track health wise.
