Horrible office staff- no empathy with patient and their family. RN Paulet is the most rudest nurse and should not be representing John Hopkins facility. RN priya is very much sweet and better to talk to but she is never available
Been to a few providers there, some are better than others. One that I went to for an acute care visit dismissed my symptoms and I left feeling frustrated. Recently I Had orders put in for lab work but when I showed up to the outside lab, they had no record of any order. When I called the office they curtly told me I could download the orders from my chart (I still could not) and then admitted that they just put them as we were speaking because I called (is that normal practice to wait for a patient to find out the orders aren’t in the system at the lab before they are put through?). They seemed confused when I said I’d be coming in to get a paper copy since I don’t want to show up at the lab again only to find out there is no order that went through electronically.
Dr. Sajjadi does not follow-up with his patients. You have to keep sending reminders.
Excellent service. Doctors spend time discussing medical concerns. Very personalize care. Referrals are handled very effectively
Customer service lacking, doctors over booked, hard to get follow up or helpful directions
I saw dr Philip today and I’m so happy with my visit. She’s very professional and thoughtful.
The NP left me devastated when I asked for assistance with an ADA for PTSD. She had a quick verbal test a few seconds before the appointment, told me I'm not disabled. She could have just said no. Additionally, she refused to discuss teal issues in my chart and passed me to someone else, another doc. Medicinal she is thorough but I can't deal with closed minded medical staff. Thanks for assisting with the pain, anxiety and depression.
So apparently due to COVID they won’t let you bring your child with you to a doctors appointment however they’ll let you bring your child if they have a doctors appointment which makes no sense it’s the same thing. Not everyone has child care and it’s inconvenient for people traveling
Dr.Brown is patient, professional, knowledgeable and most of all really takes the time to listen to my concerns. As a Hispanic woman, I have often felt dismissed by my Physicians but Dr. Brown is truly one in a million!
I am very pleased with my physician Dr. Philip. She takes time to really listen to my concerns. Because of this, some long standing issues which were ignored by my previous doctor, finally got resolved. This has really changed my quality of life and I can't thank Dr. Philip enough. I am also pleased with the practice. They have always called me back when they promised to, and they have responded quickly to any messages I have sent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
