List of Farhad Naseh's Reviews
He runs a dysfunctional front office with his wife as an office manager. He doesn’t call or read his emails.
Great attention to details. Friendly & well educated
Worst doctor. Disregarded my immediate concern and refused to listen to my reason for coming Made me do a bunch of unnecessary exams to rack up the bill and sent me home without any resolution. Most patronizing, arrogant and useless doctor out there. Does not care for patient health, just about getting as much money out of them as possible. Choose another eye dr!
This practice with Farhad Naseh, we certainly would Not Recommend. On our very first visit, the Front Desk Receptionist was in a serious argument with a Patient. This was a horrible and unprofessional first impression. The overall eye Technicians (except for one female) were really good. Dr. Farhad was hurried when entering the office, he was extremely impatient, he did Not explain things clearly or thoroughly and, after speaking to us regarding the overall exam, he added another test on the same day and Did Not go over those results. His staff even stated that, he does that ALL of the time! Word-of-Advise, Don't go here!
I made an appointment a month ago and was there in time but I waited an hour and half to be seen and during the visit I felt rushed and invaluable. I know they are busy but they need to treat each patient with care and equality.
Very rude with unacceptable language After I confirmed my appointment that I made one year in advance and after I checked in with the automatic check in machine and one hour of waiting there they said my appointment is not there They also showed an unacceptable manner to a senior citizen that was shameful
Dr. Naseh is incredible. Not only he has taken a great care of my health, but also very understanding and listen to my concern. He takes time with patient to help them with their health issues. I felt confident in my receiving expert Medical Care. Dr. Naseh and his staff are kind, friendly and helpful. I highly recomand him to anyone looking for a specialist
Great service. Nice people.
Unreliable, waste of time, rude and irresponsible After making an appointment a year in advance and confirming it, one hour after checking-in they said one appointment hadn't been scheduled The eye exam took more than an hour, and yet no doctor visit Go to a place that values customers rather than wasting your time here UPDATE: They also showed a very disrespectful attitude and used unacceptable language with a senior citizen in front of me. There was a sense of offensiveness and discrimination in their body language and responses
There are two aspects that I want to cover in this review. From a treatment or medical perspective, I love the care and the testing provided by the doctor. The second aspect is the back office part. My last visit gave me a bad taste with their penny pinching policy and reminded me of the proverb, penny wise, pound foolish. My last visit experience left me no other option but look for other facility for my family.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
