I have known Dr. Juarbe for several years; he provides a superb and unparalleled care. A true professional and extremely skilled endocrinologist.

Worse customer service- They dismiss my mother from there practice because she had a 70.00 bill that they send to collections.She was a patient for over 8 years. My moms mother pass away in November 2022 in Mexico. My mother was in Mexico during the time they send her the bill. My mother is almost 75 years old. Thats a very poor practice to do that. I call the office today spoke to a Jose. He was so rude to me and told me my mother was not welcome back to there clinic. i advised him my father paid bill already- He said it didnt matter because she went to collections for 70.00 they will not see her again. What Dorctors office that's that. I Understand she had a past due bill- she paid her bill she needs her medicine. she's out of medicine- To find a new doctor - They giving visits out 2-3 moths away. My mother needs her diabetics medicine. Thats a malpractice office- dont waste your time going to these practiceI

Came across as rude, replaced the doctor that I was seeing there and made no effort to get to know me as a patient. I left!

Dr. Juarbe and is staff are always patient and kind with my elderly mother. Her blood sugar is finally getting in control.

Bad ,terrible customer service and also solves everything by prescribing pills does not motivate you! two of my co-workers left it too..

Doesn’t listen to the patient, doesn’t ask any history, condescending and rude... much like the office staff - will not be returning

Poorly managed practice. Was told office would contact to schedule follow up appointment. Never called. Physician was a disappointment as well. Would not recommend. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I was a patient of Dr. Juarbe's for 20 years and received competent care. Recently however I was released with high blood pressure measuring 197/97 without any followup. The Dr. refused to lower my thyroid medication regardless of my complaints of discomfort. One month later I was advised by another physician to go to the emergency room because my blood pressure was even higher. Uncontrolled blood pressure can cause a stroke which I am predisposed to due to genetics. I was seen by Dr. Juarbe after my emergency room visit and I had to argue to get an appointment within the 5 day followup recommendation from the hospital. I was seen and I then had to redo testing which I did. The tests came into the patient portal for me to see, however Dr. Juarbe did not lower my medication dosage even though I requested that it be lowered. I have felt terrible and have had trouble working and enjoying my life. I would not recommend seeing this doctor ever. I could have died due to the neglect I received. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Juarbe takes the time to answer all my questions. The office is well run with reminder emails and/or texts based on your preferences.

Dr. Juarbe is very kind and patient and very thorough. He takes time with his patients and you don’t feel rushed. His office staff is wonderful
