So professional . He spent a lot of time with me and examined my eyes very thoroughly. He found that my prescription of my eye glass that i got from westfield Montgomery mall, lenscrafter , was not accurate and i was in trouble with that a lot. Thank you very much for finding such a great and professional .

Technically difficult to evaluate him as he didn't do what he said he'd do. Hence, lost my trust. Office lacks professionalism. Took excessive time for staff to complete even the most basic of tasks. They make promises and don't deliver. Run-down office that needs equipment refresh, thorough cleaning, etc

Both my husband and I were clients of Dr. Borsuk we felt he was very thorough recommending a specialist if he thought it was necessary. We always ordered our glasses there and felt the frame selections were were extensive and he always made well intended recommendations on the style and type of lens with options we might want to consider while considering the cost for our circumstances.

(con't) to find same corrective vision lenses and frames at lower cost along with exponentially higher lever of aptitude to test for best fit utilizing different manufacturer's product lines along with greater degree of professionalism, attentiveness and friendly, customer-focused service representatives.

I can't recommend Dr. Borsuk enough! He was the most thorough optometrist I've EVER been to-- and we're talking age 9 through 30 here. He wants to be as precise as possible about your prescription. (I once had another eye dr., who when I said that I was having trouble reading street signs, : "Well, I can't give you X-ray vision!" Jerk.) But moving on, he is very easy-going and gentle. Also, very surprisingly, he's awesome at picking out stylish frames. The store has a fantastic selection of modern styles. At first I was like, please, let me browse alone. I did NOT believe he could possibly pick a better pair than I (30 y.o. female) could. But no, he was the one who in the past two years first showed me both my daily eyeglasses as well as RX ones. Let him help you! The man knows his frames. The ONE thing I would change in the office is the terrible elevator-jazz music! But seriously, everything else is stellar! A+!
