I am disappointed, this is not the first time that the Githeesburg office canceled my appointment the same day, only 3 hours before, without taking into account that as a patient I need to request leave at work. But their rules with patients are different, we must communicate at least 24 hours before or we will have to pay a FEE. I don't think this is professional.

My husband ordered a new glasses for my son 3 months ago and paid full amount of money but still not getting the new glasses 2 weeks ago we been three they said still not ready how long take make ready for this glasses.they charged full amounts money from my card . I think they want to charge insurance company that’s why they don’t give the glasses .

When I arrived I was called five minutes after I was seated.I love the service here it's prompt and to the point.I love the help that picking my eyeglasses top notch, definitely will be returning for future visits thank you for all that you do much appreciated....

Every single time I call to make an appointment or an order for glasses they either never answer or they hang up. I also filled the information online so they can call me to make the order. It’s been a week and they never responded. I only have contacts for 4 days. Like seriously… Very unprofessional of them. On the other hand, The doctor is nice, but the majority of the staff are no great.

The Maryland Eye Institute is a great place to go for eye care. I had a red eye and no other doctor could identify the cause. I was incorrectly treated for pink eye at another facility but after medication was exhausted, my eye was still red. I went to the Institute and Dr. Naseh and the Institute staff correctly diagnosed my condition and the red eye disappeared with in days. I would recommend The Maryland Eye Institute for eye care. Your eyes will thank you for it!
