The therapists are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Most importantly my shoulder injury is much improved based on the therapy here. The atmosphere is different, not your typical medical office and it's loud which was fine by me. I enjoyed the distraction of watching baseball workouts doing my PT exercises.

This is the most effective physical therapy I have ever had. Immediately after my first visit there was a big improvement and each session is only better, After a few weeks I am now gaining confidence doing normal activities while also learning to manage my pain. Arsalan has been great in helping me understand my body and how to use my ABs correctly, and the StriveHub exercise program is convenient and very effective. I am impressed that I now have a better understanding of the core muscles and that it will also help with my overall posture and well being. Highly recommended physical therapy.

MedStar PT at Gaithersburg is a great experience. The office is clean and I have found that they are always on time; I’ve never had to wait for an appointment. I have been working with Dr. Arsalan Nejad for my injuries, and overall I have found that himself and the PT assistants are kind, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt intimidated after an auto accident with pain and restricted movement from whiplash injuries. Dr. Arsalan’s care is solely responsible for the amazing improvement I have felt that I could have never imagined. I am so thankful I stared treatment here and I highly recommend Dr. Arsalan and MedStar PT Gaithersburg!

My daughter, Caitlyn, has been working with Dr. Arsalan Nejad from Medstar Health due to an ankle injury from gymnastics. She has received exceptional and personalized care from him these past several months and is feeling much better. Due to his help and support, she was able to get back to competitions and excel. He is extremely thorough in his evaluation and identified the best course of treatment for her to not only heal, but prevent the injury from reoccurring by working with her to change how she lands her tumbling. In addition, he helped her increase her flexibility so she could perform her tumbling passes much easier. Every time she meets with him, he gives her 100 percent attention and was able to connect very well with her. In addition, through his communication with her, he taught her how to stay healthy in this very demanding sport. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Dr Arsalan Nejad is a real professional. He helped me survive this plantar fascia that was killing me. I could barely stand on my foot. Now I can walk and run. I thank him for this progress on me whole heartedly
