This is my first time reviewing a company and I would like to inform anyone looking to come here, be careful! I had a brutal time trying to get a single prescription filled, my pharmacy had sent a request to my primary two times over a month period BEFORE I had run out of my antidepressant, and my doctor just did not respond. I understand they have lots of patients to take care of, but this was extremely frustrating as i am going through withdrawal while trying to sort out this mess. Luckily the front desk attendants were kind enough to send an urgent message to my doctor, yet she still has not filled it. At this point I am desperate and am needing to switch doctors. My experience does not paint this company with “bad,” but I am sharing this to warn others to just be aware that mistakes to this extent happen here. And it’s surprising because I haven’t even been with them for more than two or three months! Wish it could’ve worked out better.

I scheduled my annual physical exam. with Dr Ford. I confirmed with both front desk and my doctor that I came for an annual physical. During my visit, I was asked by the doctor about any complaints or concerns about my health. I mentioned that I felt pain for my right arm which may due to the usage of computer. The doctor said she could refer me to physical therapy and gave me a few pages of instructions about stretching exercise. This topic took ~2 mins and I thought it is a common question for annual physical. When I received my bill, I was charged not only the physical exam. (paid by insurance as prevention care) but also $266 for an office visit of my right arm (no one ever mentioned this to me). I have to pay the full amount of $266. I won't go to this Clinic nor recommend it to anyone.

I love my doctor, but I wish I didn’t have to come to this office. After rushing to make it 20 minutes early for my appointment (as instructed) my doctor was running behind schedule, which is understandable. The issue is that no one called or bothered to tell me when I checked in. That just had me sitting and waiting until I got up to ask, since I’d been waiting for quite some time. That’s when they decided to share that it would be another 30 minutes! Also every time I am stuck with any needles in this office, I have a reaction. I’ve never experienced this at any other office before so I don’t think it’s my body. Staff could use additional training on all fronts.
