Came in with some health concerns. After little to no tests done (they don't do blood work) they just told me to go to the ER. The nurse was very rude during the visit as well. On top of all that, after they basically did nothing I got a bill for around $40. That was annoying but its fine. Then a week later, I received another bill for the same visit. This time $500. I have insurance that should've covered mostly everything. I understand the $40 but not the $500. Save yourselves the stress and do not come here.

I was bitten by a dog and very shaken up. I was taken back to be seen very quickly and received kind, compassionate care.

The nurse practitioner and all of the staff here are great!!! MedStar needs to have more than one doctor on staff though during the weekends and other times. This is a high service area but everyone was so nice and professional even under circumstances that was no fault of their own. The wait time was my only complaint but that is not the staff's fault.

Brought my grandmother here. Told us she had severe pneumonia and to go to the emergency room. She did not have pneumonia after running the same tests at the hospital. If you go near the time they close they will just send you to the emergency room. Very unprofessional.

Very satisfied with my experience. I had a minor finger cut while trying to open a can of ham, we rushed to the nearest urgent care and Dr. Carle took care of us. I felt really respected and well taken care of. Dr. Carle and all the staff we met were extremely friendly. Wait time is within reasonable range as well.
