PS DR SUNDAY if I have any more kids I want you to deliver them thank you for helping me the entire time guiding me to push and telling me to speak up if I want a v bag thank you so much

Dr. Jayaraj is amazing, and Dr.Sunday is great!! but I have not had a good experience with the nurse, she seems overwhelmed. It took so long to receive my FMLA paperwork back, and I had to physically go into the office to pick it up only to find out she put the wrong dates. Smh, now that I had my baby and want to get on Nexplanon I am getting the run around. I had my baby in mid-June, and I just received a call from the nurse saying my insurance needed to speak to me even though Nexplanon is covered. I had nexplanon twice prior to this and NEVER had to jump through these hoops. Unfortunately, I will now have to change offices because I am not good at taking pills and don't want to end up pregnant so soon after having my son.

Dr Sunday is great & the staff couldn’t be nicer

I love this office and it’s physicians. Have had nothing but a great experience.

I made an appointment for my mother to get a routine GYN checkup as it had been years since her last one. When I made the appointment I specifically requested that she would need a translator and was assured that office staff spoke Spanish and that they would help her. After waiting 6 weeks for this appointment she gets there and no one spoke Spanish, all the forms were in English. Although I had been assure that this wasn't going to be an issue. I didn't want her to waste her time and lose the appointment so I told her to just call me and I would be translating her whole visit which was a bit of an inconvenience since I was already at work myself. She said the wait time wasn't bad but the whole experience of not being able to communicate with office staff made this her first and only visit here.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Medstar took over my former ob/gyn’s practice after he retired. Since then I haven’t seen the same doctor/nurse practitioner twice. They glance at my file and say to come back in 6 months and check if there is any change. The service and care was terrible. But since that was where I had always gone, I continued to count on their services. Went in for a long overdue check up in 2020, when I filled out my symptoms and checked headaches and fatigue... the office manager came out to the waiting room and literally kicked me out of the office stating that these were possible covid symptoms and that I would not be seen. Even after I told her that I needed to be seen for follow up on other concerning issues and had a negative covid test the week before. It was such a sudden and aggressive removal that I didn’t even have a chance to get my driver’s license or insurance card back. I had so many concerns and symptoms, had waited months to finally be seen in person, this was devastating to me, so much so that I cried in my car on the way home. I refuse to go back and hope to find a better doctor/practice that will take better care of their patients

I am so angry for worker everytime is not good i don't know why?

I went to this practice for my first pregnancy and is the best practice so far. The staff members are friendly and they really care about your needs and make sure to require that for you. For example I'm a Muslim and I asked to have only a female doctor for personal and religious reasons. I was blessed to have Dr. Seethapan as my doctor throughout my pregnancy and for delivery. Also their main office which is Olney, you don't have to pay for parking which is great.
