Arrived early for an appointment. Wasn’t taken back to the room until 15 minutes after the originally scheduled appointment time. Once in the room, had to wait another 15 minutes without a single person stopping in the room to apologize or update me on what was taking so long. When I asked Dr. Ford if a 30 minute lag time between scheduled appointment and actually being seen was to be expected, she said it was about normal. I started with the internet site 'fordderm'. Lovely photos of the doctors, an events option, even a drop-down on philosophy. Location and hours are posted, but nowhere is there a portal on making appointments! It's hard to rate a doctor you can't see!

I've been to Dr. Ford several times now. While the reception staff were not especially warm my first couple of visits, they did manage to accommodate me as a new patient with shingles on my face. I have received a warm reception since then. I'm happy to report that Dr. Ford's professionalism and patient care are top notch. She is compassionate, efficient, and helpful. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. Save yourself, don't ever come here. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. The staff at the front desk are rude and unwelcoming. They don't even make eye contact as they call your name or greet you. RUDE! I saw Dr. Rothman and she barely look at me. When I said good bye and have a good day she just kept walking away. RUDE! I will never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I would. Her front office staff were the worst I am seen and experienced in going to a Doctor. They were more interested in sitting around whispering and cackling then they were anything else. I waited 35 minutes listening to this unprofessional behavior and finally determined I had had enough and left. Having been to see Dr. Ford in the past, she is a terrific physician. In fact, I learned upon arriving that they did not take United Health Care, I stayed initially because of wanting Dr. Ford to see me. My patience ran out after 35 minutes. I will not have to find a Dr. who take UHC and I am done with all of the hens cackling.

We saw Dr Ghita Shah, and she was so professional and so knowledgeable. My daughter and I felt very reassured after seeing her

Dr. Ford is a really good doctor. She has gotten me through a cancerous mole experience and she regularly deals with me on multiple chronic skin issues. She listens and answers the questions I have, rather than the ones I say. Sometimes, I don't word the questions to reflect what I really want to know and she "gets" what the real question is. I used to wait a long time for appointments for her, but since they moved to her current office, their processes have improved a lot and the waits to see her are minimal.

My wife had a burn that simply would not heal over a period of a year. It was treated by several primary care doctors with salves, ointments, and antibiotics with negative results. Roni cleared the problem with one visit. She is very lprecise in her work and we would grade her with a A+
