When booking appointment stated I had Crohn’s. Showed up to office - gastroenterologist said she didn’t treat Crohn’s. Spent $25 and wasted 2hrs of my day. However staff was friendly and dr was honest and nice. Just not suitable for Crohn’s disease which normally gastro deals with

Very rude and impatient doctor, she doesn’t care much about her patients. In my case her favorite thing was to tell me to go home and wait and watch and come back later if things don’t change or get worse, this is not the approach I’m expecting from a competent doctor. Last time I came with a stomach pain and instead of finding a solution on how to treat it she told me a lot of frustrating and scary things that a doctor is not supposed to tell to her patient and this was the last point in my decision to switch to another GI practice. I read some good reviews about her and maybe she can be nice to other people but that was definitely not me, like other reviewers mentioned she selects people to be nice with. And some of her front desk staff is also very unpleasant talking in a rude manner and eventually hanging up on you without answering your questions. So don’t waste your time, find another doctor who will be willing to help you, listen to you and treat you as a professional, I wish I did it earlier…

Please stay away from her. I do hope she's investigated by the medical board. She is criminally uninformed about basic medical knowledge about her field especially knowledge on gastrointestinal issues. Please please investigate her as I believe she is a threat to patients.

The front desk lady is so disrespectful. She hung up on me while I didn't finish taking and explaining the issues. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Also, she was not helpful when I had a small issue.

Front desk lady is so rude and disrespectful. She didn’t want help me when I have issues. She even hung up on me when I didn’t finish explaining the issues. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

Front desk lady is rude and unprofessional. She didn’t let me finish talking and hung up on me when I was trying to explain the situation. This is ridiculous to hang up one someone is still taking. When people respect you, they are expected to receive the same respect from you, but she was so impolite and was not helpful.

Front desk is unprofessional and rude. The service is terrible. While people respect you and expect you to respect them back, this front desk lady doesn’t do it. She didn’t let me finish the sentence and hung up on me while I hadn’t finished taking. This is ridiculous.

She is very kind and professional. She helped my mom and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She speaks Vietnamese and English fluently for those who are looking for a Vietnamese speaking doctor. Highly recommended!
