Everyone from the young lady Makenzie at the registration desk to the nurse Rita who took my vitals to PA Leigh was amazing. Best service and staff I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to urgent care.

I did have an appt and I was there for 1.5 hours for something relatively minor. I did not need to have go there but was told by my dr's scheduling Med Star person that I should go.

My experience was very positive. I was in severe pain from an ongoing back issue. All staff were compassionate and caring. I am grateful that it was not extremely busy the day I was there. I recommend this facility wholeheartedly.
