Dr. Potts is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable in general. At times the conversation seemed rush. I would be asked s question , I’d answer, then she would start talking really fast almost over top of me. Didn’t bother me too much because I don’t think it was intentional. Overall, the staff and team were welcoming and respectful.

I feel confident and comfortable in Dr. Potts' care.

I have always liked Dr. Potts and felt heard, my questions are answered thoughtfully, she even calls me back when there is a concern with medication or a concerning test result. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I had one appointment with Dr. Potts before my delivery and Dr Potts turned out to be the on call doctor. She was very patient with me and listened to me carefully. I was very pleased with her work and attentiveness. I also had my postpartum appointment with her and she did not rush me at all. I highly recommend her. She is a great doctor and listens to you.

I found Dr. Potts ok when my health status was the same for a few years, when things started to change, I didn't find her bedside manner pleasant and I found her communication with me wanting for example being told by someone from her office that my test results were normal, then going into the office to see her a few months later and then her telling me that she would be honest with me the test results were different than what I had been told a few months earlier. Doing an exam on me in an office visit she didn't tell me she was going to do that office visit. I also find it pretty shocking that my health records/office visit notes are not accessible to me without requesting access on the Patient Portal, so I am wondering what the Patient Portal is for??

I have been with the practice since 1996 and have recommended them to several friends. I have had to C-sections and two surgery with them and plan to stay with them for life. It is good to grow and get old with your doctors. They are a special part of my life and medical health and care.

Had a c-section with Dr.Potts. Great experience.

She is in a hurry and doesn't take time to exam.

I feet that either Dr. Potts was as not as knowledgeable as I would have hoped or she was *much* more permissive than my primary care physician about what was "safe" to take and do while trying to conceive. (For example, she advised me that it was okay to take a Pregnancy Category C drug that was shown to have harmful effects on rats (lower birth weights, an increase in mortality of the offspring, a decrease in learning capacity of the offspring). My PCP later told me that I should not under any circumstances continue to take this prescription while TTC.)
