Very competent Dr.

Such a waste of time and money. Dr. De La Cruz ( the asian lady ) was the worst doctor I have ever seen. I should have listened to the reviews. This place is a joke, honestly.

This woman is rude and vile. Horrible bedside manner. The other negative reviews don’t lie. She is mean and has a horrible negative attitude. Had an awful experience with her after giving birth. She is definitely not a doctor you want especially after giving birth.

I was a new patient here for a couple of months with my second pregnancy. I wanted to switch practices from the beginning because of their unprofessionalism. First red flag…. I had my first Appt, waited over an hour to see the Doctor, was given my due date and a second appointment scheduled with Dr. Szela for my 13wk Appt. The day of, I got all the way to the office and they told me they had canceled the appointment and thought someone had called me to reschedule because that particular Doctor would not be in the office that day. Second red flag, in which I decided to leave them alone completely, I had a 20 week appointment scheduled for 9am. I was EXTREMELY nauseous this morning and had a terrible headache so I literally had to practically drag myself here and was 10 minutes late! I got to the desk at 9:14am and immediately I was told they they had to reschedule my appointment. Anywhere else they give you a grace period or would check and see if the Doctor can still see you. Also, there was NO ONE ELSE in the waiting area whatsoever. Very rude and inconsiderate. STAY AWAY!

They charge more. One of the worst hospitals I’ve ever been to. At the time of visit I was told everything will be covered under annual visit but they’ve charged me a lot for that pay. The worst part is that I’ve received a separate bill for the blood work.

Terrible experience. Went to see her for fungal infection of nails. The standard therapy for recalcitrant infection, especially in an immunosuppressed host (me), is an oral agent. She said there are idiosyncratic side effects to Lamisil. I told her I usually tolerate medications very well. She insisted that I should use a topical antifungal agent instead (Jublia). What she prescribed would cost me over $900 for that one prescription. I wonder if she invested in the stock of that drug company. I am a physician myself. Red flags all over the place. Do NOT recommend this doctor.

Saw Dr. Iyer, who did not give proper attention, had horrible bed-side manner. Simply felt uncomfortable with this provider. Tried to ask personal questions which were ignored completely and made fun of. Hoping to find a doctor I can actually trust with my health and concerns. And the office itself was unpleasant as a whole. The only good part from the visit was the nurse which took me into the room.

Back in September I went in for a few appointments before it was determined I had a miscarriage early in my pregnancy. We scheduled a D&C and The day of the procedure Dr Iyer was almost 2 hours late (The hospital had to call bc no one knew where she was. she explained didn’t get put on her schedule when she walked in to talk to me in her street clothes before my procedure). I was understanding Bc I get doctors have a lot going on and other people can be responsible for putting her schedule together. After my procedure I woke up in recovery and Dr Iyer never came in to check on me or anything. Once my fiancé was allowed to come back in the recovery room he informed me that she never even went to the waiting room after the procedure to let my him know everything went okay. I felt horrible. The fact that she couldn’t even bother to check back in afterwards or talk to my fiancé so he wasn’t worrying is so inconsiderate. I felt like I was inconveniencing her because she got called in after she didn’t initially show up and clearly she was in a hurry To get back to whatever she was doing because I never saw her again. Never Even got a call to check in or anything. Definitely don’t recommend. (I cannot speak about the other doctors in the practice as she was the only one I saw but if her behavior is any indication for that practice I’d say go elsewhere)

My experience in the 9 months of my pregnancy in this clinic was very good!!👍🏼👍🏼 I was seeing Kristin Bean she’s a PA in this location, I totally RECOMMEND her she was very helpful , would answer all of my questions, took care of me very well in all of my appointments. She’s so nice and friendly.😊 if I could give her a 10 star I would give it to her ! 👍🏼😊

The few doctors that I got the chance to meet here did not care about my wellbeing. I don't expect much from other office staff and their indifference and rush I can get past. But when the doctors do not care to order lab work and I have to push and push to be heard that just makes me want to scream. I'm not there for fun waisting my time, going through the hassle of finding a babysitter and paying a copay for them to brush off my symptoms in 2 minutes. This place felt like an assembly line and I absolutely do not recommend this place if you are looking for compassionate people that want to help you heal.
