I went to see Dr. Skinner for Fibroids. She told me she would follow up with a care plan. It has now been over a month & I have not heard from her. She doesn't respond to requests for calls back. Terrible experience for a doctor. It shows she truly doesn't care!

I have had positive experiences at this practice, and with Dr. Skinner. She demonstrates care and interest in my whole person. She listens to what I bring as concerns and offers various strategies to address them. I never feel rushed or that my questions aren't answered. I have also seen Alyssa when Dr. Skinner is not available and I have also had pleasant experience with her as well. Front desk at Germantown very kind and professional. I definitely recommend Capital Women's Care Germantown and Dr. Skinner for women's healthcare.

Dr. Skinner has been my doctor for many years. She’s smart and very thorough she takes time with you (this is important) and most importantly you can trust her. I adore her because she is very caring she really listens to you. If you need a caring OBGYN make an appointment with her the Quality service, attention is what I look for in a good doctor and Dr. Skinner is a good doctor and a very caring person.

Dr. Skinner cared for me throughout my entire high-risk pregnancy and delivered our child via C-Section. This was the best decision we could have ever made. The level of care and expertise provided by her was immaculate and even when my husband and I were in doubt regarding issues relating to the pregnancy, Dr. Skinner’s level of confidence and genuine empathy carried us through. We will be forever grateful for her care!
