Update: 2/1/23 Had to go in for something personal but Dr. R schedule was filled so I saw Dr. Giles and he has FANTASTIC chairside manners! If you're looking for a new primary care Dr, I would HIGHLY suggest Dr. Giles if you want a dr who listens, doesn't rush you, and you can tell he genuinely cares! I'm going to continue seeing Dr. R because he he knows my case, has truly helped me out and I feel very comfortable with Dr. R due to the several years we have worked together. _____________ I've been seeing Dr. Rosenmann for years and he's awesome! I just spoke to Charles, I believe, on the phone and haven't heard customer service like that in a while. He accommodated to my needs with a super pleasant attitude. Honestly, I'd hire him at one of my offices anyday! Doctor, nurses, and front staff are all great! Highly recommend Dr. Rosenmann!
John Hopkins is Germantown has the worst Customer Service and office staff. Two times my Mom has been sick and denied medicine. Then I call the office and get the same run around that she needs to see a Doctor who never has appointments. Patient First is Germantown has a more competent staff. Doctors there do not treat patients with Medicare right.
For 1000 AM appointment I arrived 20 minutes earlier however, I waited for 45 minutes and my Dr. didn’t see me. Very very disappointed. I left without seeing my Dr. It was scheduled for a simple yearly checkup. My Dr. apologized so I give it a 2.
Quick in quick out with friendly service
TLDR; Doctor was very nice but misled me about what was covered by insurance when I stated multiple times that I could not afford it. Staff even assured me that it all would. Instead I received a bill, attempted to fix it and was sent to collections. Absolutely not a good place to go to. I already did not like doctor's, this experience made it so much worse. If I could, I would put 0 stars. I feel really cheated, especially during these tough times. When I went in, I ha bed repeatedly asked both staff and the doctor if everything they were doing was going to be covered by insurance since money is super tight given Covid and all. They kept reassuring me that everything was covered, I must have asked two nurses, the front desk, and the doctor at least two times each about everything to make sure that it was all covered by my insurance and that I would not have any extra fees. I was annoyingly adamant about that because I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford anything for a good bit. I thought the doctor was nice and overall the experience left me feeling like I could trust doctor's again and not have a lot of anxiety about visiting their office. But then I received a bill in the mail telling me I owed money for the visit. When I called back to speak with someone about it, the woman on the phone sounded annoyed and kept asking what I wanted them to do about it. I asked if they would be able to waive the fee or at least accept 100 since I couldn't pay more and I was rejected both times. She continued to ask what I wanted them to do about it. After this, I finally got the money together to pay the bill only to find that I was sent to collections although I was making an attempt to fix their mistake. I'm now currently waiting on a bill from collections and will probably end up with a ding to my credit because of this. I absolutely refuse to go back to them after this, unfortunately the doctor's kindness can't make up for his staff and this overall experience. They didnt even wait the usual time before they sent me to collections. I called my insurance to see if they could do anything and even my support agent looked at it and noted how strange the whole thing looked from their end and was confused as to why it wasn't coded as just a physical which would have been covered. I can't recommend anyone to go here, they lied about their procedures being covered fully by insurance, they refused to help resolve the issue in anyway unless I just paid in full at once, and my bill was sent to collections shortly after all this without enough time to actually allow me to be able to pay it.
Please, when you go to this doctor office don' ask for doctor Sing. She talks down to her patients. it's let you know within this doctor office that they allowed someone such as this doctor to be a part of it. The receptionist is un-ruling as well so, if you want to be treated like trash go at it. In the mean time I,m going to reach out to John Hopkins in Baltimore and contact someone with this mater in hand.
Not bad. At least better than some of the other locations. Most have too many patients so I think they are good relatively.
If you are a man requesting viagra, do not expect any compassion from anyone in that office including Sandra, Collen or Bethanny. I explained my situation, I was first told Dr Wyatt checks her messages every hour, then I was told she checks them at the end of the day, and finally she is out next week and wont be back in the office. Clearly, this office does not care about their patients. Meanwhile Sandra, the nurse said she is concerned about my health and would only help me if I apologize for being upset, now the office uses extortion, I remind her I am not asking for a narcotic. The office only wants to bill you for anything they can, they dont care anything about you, they care about billing you!Currently looking for a new doctor, this place has consistently failed my basic expectations of a primary care provider
I've had nothing but the best since becoming a patient in 2016?. Dr. Singh is my PC. She is the best.
I'm a new patient actually my wife is as well. Doctor Elisabeth Stephens is great. I came in first time back in April with bad anxiety issues. She has helped me alot , very comforting and knowledgeable. I don't feel worried or anxious there I've actually nearly overcome anxiety with DR Stephens. Thank Doc and the staff there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
