The service was good but there's room for improvement on the wait time when there's not that many people at the urgent care. I reserved a specific time and still had to wait much longer than the wait time given to me. And my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. The staff and doctor was polite and professional though, and the facility was clean as well. I also recommend that the check in/ registration form should be available in the online check in section. It was a little fustrating that I had to fill out another form, that I could have completed when I checked in online before arriving to my appointment. I feel like this would have cut down on my wait time to see the doctor. That's the purpose of being able to check in online before your arrival.

This is my second time being here and I was so happy that I saw a black woman Nurse practitioner on International women’s day. The service here is very good. PA-C Andrea is so friendly and just very professional.

My appt was for 4:20pm!!! I waited For 2 hours , wherein no one checked To vertify length of time the Dr would Attend me!!! After 2 hours of waiting in pain I left the premises- I. Informed Your front desk personnel I was leaving #! THE COMMENT WAS'' I AM SORRY!!! YOUR PREMISES WAS OVERCROWDED ' LACKED ORGANIZATION ,AND INADEQUATE STAFFING TO HANDLE THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!. YOUR PERSONNEL OBSERVED A. PATIENT WITHOUT ANY CLOSURE OR FOLLOW. UP!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN TO YOUR HEALTH. LOCATION.DISSATSFUED AND FRUSTRATED WITH THE. LEVEL OF HEALTH CARE PROVIDED BY YOUR FACILITIES !!!!
