Do yourself a favor and use the service at Rockville location. The front desk staff in Germantown is rude and unwelcoming.

Very convenient and close to my house. It’s spacious and clean. The check in process is easy and the front desk receptionist was friendly. The wait time was a little longer than expected, but it still beats going to the ER waiting for hours. Now my experience with Dr. Atinuke Shoaga was not as good. She came in and stood by the door like we had the plague or something and in a flat tone ask “ How can I help you” her demeanor was extremely off and not welcoming. This is a pediatric urgent care!!!!! So I would think the physician would be more welcoming. She examine my son and diagnose his symptoms. She told me his Rx would be sent over electronically and I could pick up in the morning after the pharmacy opened up. Well I called the pharmacy and no Rx was sent in. They don’t open until 12:00 pm so no medicine for my son until I call to see what happened.

The employees were super nice ,and the doctor was amazing She is a tall lady I think Dr.Mitchel I hope that is her name she is just so amazing I can’t say enough about her.Thank you for squeezing us in .

I really like the time that the doctor took to see my child and explain everything to me. It was easy to make an appointment and upload documents, so when I arrived it was fast the check in. I understand that they are busy and we had to wait approximately 30 to 45 mins to be seen, but definitely not like ER visit where you have to wait 4 or more hours to be seen.I wish both parents may go inside.

I was fortunate to find this place open for walk-ins when I realized the urgent care in my Urbana community does not keep late evening hours. Even though I was a grandparent rather than a parent or legal guardian, the staff worked patiently with me to obtain parental consent and insurance information telephonically while I simultaneously dealt with a highly distressed symptomatic toddler. Everyone was kind and professional; the facilities were orderly and clean; and I was able to secure safe parking out front.

My 3 year old son went in to check a cough and runny nose. He was welcomed very warmly and when the nurse came in she was so nice and talked to my son to let him know she will be checking his vitals. The nurse practitioner came in and was so nice and caring to him and addressed my concerns. I like coming to PM pediatrics as they take their time with children.

Always nice to have a place focused on children available during non-business hours. Always had a good experience. Waits can sometimes be a little long but sure beats going to the ER and waiting hours. Making appointments is very easy online. We Have had great experience with the Doctors.
