Long time audio Dr-Gerry. Wonderful person. I arrived thinking I had appointment- I didn’t. Dr Gerry took me and as usual, worked her magic on my aides. Everyone was nice, friendly and non critical of my error.

Dr. Nora Malaisrie of Feldman ENT has been my ear, nose, and throat physician for many years. She listens and then examines. She asks pertinent questions. Next she comes up with a plan and follows up. Dr. Malaisrie inspires confidence because her skill and expertise are solid. The office staff at the Germantown location is friendly and helpful. Wait times are usually short unless there is a flu oubreak or the like. sj

I would highly recommend Feldman ENT in Germantown. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. Jennifer/audiology tech was thorough and explained everything well. Dr Malaisrie was compassionate and pragmatic.

Hearing aid ceased to operate! Feldman diagnosed & corrected a problem I had never encounted before. Excellent job, done quickly & with a smile.

Absolute disaster. They were late for the exam, non-responsive and refused to resolve their customer service failure in a timely manner. No accountability for their failures. Just the run around. Don’t waste your time and money here.
