If I have the chance to rate them at zero I would. I can't believe to this day and age they are still dealing with faxes and mails, not emails especially during covid-19. There office management is not sympathetic with their patients needs especially most, if not all ,their patients are cancer patients. Actually sometimes you wonder who's running the office over there.

This week was my first appt. with Dr. De Luca. I must share that I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff members that I had interactions with. From the front desk to the assistant that lead myself into the exam room & took vitals, their kindness was noted & appreciated. My first encounter with Dr. De Luca certainly did not disappoint. He was very pleasant, personable & somehow made me feel comfortable. Dr. De Luca seemed to have a positive vibe that I sensed immediately upon his entering the room. He also took the time, care & consideration to not only review my new patient paperwork but also the folder in which I brought to my appt. containing previous labwork. I feel more confident now that perhaps I just might start feeling better while under his care. Something I will definitely be looking forward to!

I love Dr. Markan he treated my parents and now me. But a nightmare to work for. I reported bullying and was let go.

Great doctor! He is one of the best I have ever been to. He ran tests on me and called with the results. I needed more tests and I am seeing Dr De Luca again in a timely manner. Great office for a great doctor!

I feel blessed to have Dr. Markan as my Oncologist. He is a kind doctor who makes me feel valued as a patient. I trust him to make the best decisions regarding my treatment. He has never let me down. I know I am alive today because of the care I receive at The Tate Cancer Center.

The doctors are wonderful but dealing with the staff is a nightmare in the Tate center office. I have to constantly call for bills and still do not receive a call back very annoying. who has all day to sit and call around

No star if I could. Go to Columbia, but ask yourself why are all of the good doctors leaving. Dr. Karl Kasamon (excellent). Dr. Nora Sudarsan only 6 months then gone.If there is a problem with coverage you will NOT get your life-saving treatment. You could die while finding out what the insurance problem is, receiving minimal information from them. I wish this last part wasn't the truth. I am sad for myself as I will have to find another Cancer Treatment Center. I am scared for myself.Krystal A. Diouf
