I got an A+ service from Dr. Gretz office. From being professional to making me feel comfortable, they all did such a great job. When I needed paperwork for my job, Laurie took care of that without hesitation. My job can be difficult, but Laurie took care of it, and my job was satisfied every time. The main thing I loved was Dr. Gretz's energy, positivity, and determination to make sure I got the best care, whether it be at her office, physical therapy, or at home! She has even called to check on me as well during my healing process. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gretz and her office. I would definitely highly recommend her. She made me feel so comfortable and treated me like a person, not just a patient. (If that makes sense) Thank you so much, Dr. Gretz and staff!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would! This podiatrist dawn gretz is not a very good provider! I had an issue with my foot i work in a doctors office that is very professional and we used to refer to her with almost every foot injury or ect ect. I had an issue with my foot didnt know what was wrong with it so i made an appt to see her to see what was going on. I was a new patient, was brought back to the room, sat for 10 mins, then the medical assistant came back in asked me to do x rays so i get up and went with her. We did the xrays the medical assistant there doesn’t seem like she really knows whats going on in there either. Anyways when dr. Gretz came in she introduced herself and started talking about my foot and the x rays then looks at me at the end of the appt and says ok idk what is going on but we are sending you out to an infectious disease dr to deal with this and here is a boot don’t wear it to long because it will start to hurt your hips i let her put the boot on and left with my referral. I was completely upset leaving and left the building. I went to the infectious disease dr, saw her she looked at my foot and said this isn’t an infectious disease this is a foot problem at this point i just gave up and said forget it ill deal with it on my own. Went for a second opinion somewhere else he told me what was wrong and i left. Two weeks later now mind u lori from dr gretz office called and asked me if i went to the infectious disease doctor and i said seriously you guys didn’t get the report? I just hung up. Then today they called me saying i owe a bill there i told her i will pay this friday i will call back to pay it. Then i told her before i hung up this office was disorganized, not very detailed about anything and i would not be coming back she said may i ask why whats wrong so i told her everything and that i would not be coming back there ever ! Worst dr office and podiatrist please go somewhere else if you need good foot care dr. James mckee in annapolis is the guy to go to very good podiatrist and i even worked for him as well. Find someone else to go to other then this office!

I was a patient of Dr. Dawn Gretz for 3 years. I have arthritis, bone spurs and extreme flat foot in both of my feet. I explained to her that I experience a lot of foot pain. I wanted to have surgery to remove my bone spurs and she told me I was not a candidate for surgery. She advised Cortisone shots and Orthopedics. I was referred by a friend to another Dr. a foot and ankle specialist who immediately scheduled a bone spur removal surgery same day that I had an appointment. Dr. Dawn Gretz is the worst doctor in this field!!!! I mentioned her name to other co-workers and they said she is known for being the worst foot doctor in Glen Burnie!!!! If you are a patient of hers please find Dr. Cohen S. Ross he is the very best for relieving foot pain!!! I suffered for 3 years!!! I wished I would have gone to Dr. Cohen years ago!!! Don’t waste your time with Dr. Gretz!!!!!!!

Dr. Gretz is amazing. She knows her stuff. She identified the issue, explained it in terms a layman like myself can understand. Then, she dealt with the issue right then and there. At the follow up, She provided explanation of lab results and next steps. If you have foot issues, call and get an appt with Dr. Gretz. Your feet will thank you, if they could talk.

My Primary care doctor referred Dr.Gretz to me. My first visit was pleasant. The receptionist was friendly, polite and patience . The assistant was polite, helpful and patience. DR.Gretz was through, kind and took time to explain all the aspects of my issues! She has a gently touch and a good "bedside" manner.

Doctor and staff are polite never a long wait

Dr. Gretz is professional and personable. This is the fourth time that I have gone there. The office staff is helpful. It was a good experience.
