Hanita Chhabra's Online Review Report Card

The healthcare provider I saw at MMH was wonderful. However, the utter rudeness and disrespect of the staff, which apparently is encouraged by Dr. Chhabra, became more than I could deal with. Treatment of patients by the "upper level" (used loosely) office staff is criminal. Don't waste your time.

Every time I meet with Dr. Chhabra I am impressed by her. She is so intelligent, kind, empathetic and genuine. She gives you 100% of her attention and bends over backwards to give you the best treatment she can. She treated me once many years ago, recently for TMS, and will again soon for more TMS and I cannot express the amount of trust I put in her. TMS absolutely changed my life and I am so grateful to her for it. Now that I need it again, I feel so hopeful in her care. I recommend her to everyone and would never look elsewhere for as long as she’s practicing. She is easily the most compassionate doctor I have ever worked with.

I am so grateful for Dr. Chhabra. She treated me once many years ago for depression, then again recently for TMS and will again soon for another round of TMS. I cannot express enough how much I trust her. She is intelligent, kind, empathetic and genuine. She bends over backwards for her patients and gives you her full attention. She also tries to think outside the box to offer the best options for care. TMS was life changing for me and I regret waiting so long in my life to try it. I’ve recommended her to everyone who has ever expressed a need. Every time that I have met with her I’ve been impressed by her.

The review from "Stephanie" is coming from an extremely salty ex-employee who continues to disturb Dr. Chhabra's Practice YEARS after leaving. Dr. Chhabra is the most professional and caring doctor there could be. She gives her personal contact to patients and responds to patient concerns whether its the middle of the day or the middle of the night (no other doctor has ever done this). So "Stephanie's" review is irrelevant and really just an unwarranted revenge review. Dr. Chhabra pours her heart, soul, and time into ALL of her patients. She will do everything she can possible do to help her patient feel better. It is rare to find a Doctor that cares this much and puts in as much effort as Dr. Chhabra does. She truly is the kindest doctor I've ever met. Sorry "Stephanie" that you felt so strongly about your old employer to still be slandering their name and trying to prevent patients from getting the incredible care they deserve. But slandering a Doctor because your job didn't work out is just wrong and you've built up a lot of bad karma from this. Dr. Chhabra is a brillant, caring and compassionate doctor. I see some reviews complaining that she is late..well, most great doctors are. She takes her time with me and Im sure with each patient. She is very patient, listens and trys her best to come up with a plan. She also makes sure that you are okay with that plan. She wants the patients feedback. If she is running late, it is because a patient needed a little extra time. I myself, have been that patient and I appreciate that she didn't rush. I have been seeing psychiatrists my whole life. Dr. Chhabra and her whole practice is unlike any other place I've ever been. Dr. Chhabra was able to look at all aspects of my mental health struggles and was willing to try things outside of the box. My life has changed so much and for the better since finding Dr. Chhabra. We are still working on and tweaking things. She doesnt give up and we work together as a team. I highly recommend Dr. Chhabra. I am so thankful to have found her and My Mental Health.

I do not usually write reviews Dr. Chhabra is the exception, she has been the most professional, kind, and quality psychiatrist I have ever had. Her level of care, quality, and professionalism should be the norm across the industry. I felt like every time I met with her I was a person and not a paycheck, she is always respectful and meticulous. The office is always quiet, organized, and exceptionally clean. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. After being at MMH for two years I can safely say she is the best mental health provider I will ever get.
