Dr Popkin has been my mother's ob/gyn since the 1980s and was and is the best obstetrician in the Baltimore area!! If you are in need of a gyn this is 100% your physician!! He cover's everything need to be done and leaves no questions in play.

Dr. Popkin has been my doctor for years. I don't ever want to change. Before Dr. Popkin, Dr. Prevas at Mercy was my doctor. I'm not really sure why I switched, but I'm happy that I did. Dr. Popkin has been great throughout my care no matter what was needed.

Dr Popkin is an excellent ob/gyn doctor. He is very knowledgeable and caring, taking his time to answer any questions in a way that let's u know he cares. The staff is very kind and friendly.

He's a fantastic doctor. He made pregnancy and delivery easy through his funny and detailed explanations. He delivered both my babies. His nurses are friendly, and he will always get back to me with answers if I leave him a message. My one-hour plus drive to his practice since I moved is worth it because of my pleasant experience with him. I have been seeing him for 4 years

I love Dr Popkin but not his front desk staff. They are not friendly and they act like you are bothering them. Also, be prepared to be on extended hold.

This man is an absolute God Send!!!!!! He cares about each and every patient he has and will do all in his power to make sure you are comfortable and not stressed if that's what's wrong. I've known him for 35yrs and I trust everything he says. He is the best Doctor I've ever seen or have had the pleasure of knowing. I would recommend him to all!!!!

Dr. Popkin is a great doctor. He is caring, and goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes his time, and listens to your concerns. Also, the office staff is wonderful. Kate goes above and beyond as well to make sure that you are okay and do anything she can to help. Can't thank them enough for being so wonderful!
