He and his back office were very prompt and friendly. Dr House service was fast. I had a consultation x-rays, and was in and out of there and less than 20 minutes with results and a plan of action could not have asked for a better doctor.

So here’s my issue it’s not the doctor. He’s wonderful. The staff though is horrible. The doctor told my brother specifically to call if he needed more pain medicine after surgery and my brother never got a call back so unfortunately he’s in dire amounts of pain and they gave him two days worth of medication that’s it. They were extremely rude when he did get a hold of somebody and no one is calling back now, so clearly, the staff does not concern themselves with their patients.

Hugh House has provided me with exceptional guidance regarding my knees. I’ve had arthroscopic procedures on both knees spanning over 2 decades and am still going strong into my 60’s, and I feel I’m still years away from any potential need for a replacement (if ever!). He provides much insight of the condition and options for treatment in a way that you feel confident you have made the right choice for yourself. Being able to continue to do the things I want to do in my active lifestyle makes his advice invaluable.
