List of National Spine & Pain Centers Glen Burnie's Reviews
I’m a fairly new patient but, everyone working there has treated me very kindly and with respect. I hope Dr. Nargund will be able to take my knee pain away with these shots I’ve gotten so far. I was promised some pain medicine but, so far I still haven’t gotten any. I hope she’ll reconsider soon. This pain is terrible. The whole staff get’s an A+ !!❤️
National pain is a pain. Now they will not accept a check from a local bank. Do not understand that. Providers do what they want when it comes to peeing in a cup, For over 5 yrs I did it every 3 month. Now I have a different provider and now I did it twice a year. ??? I'll be looking for a new pain management company the will accept cash and who does the right things. Take care of patient and listen to them This place does not!
The people there are always nice & courteous I've been going there for years they've always been very helpful & nice!!
Good luck getting your medication
Good P.A. care but Check-In process takes too long as only ONE CLERK whereas there used to be 2. There can be quite a long line at times to check-in, return questionnaires or make payment, schedule next appointment.
Chris sent a prior authorization for a neck brace for my neck. Within days, the insurance company approved the request. As soon as he received the authorization, he was on the phone with me to inform me that the manufacturer does not provide the brace of choice any longer. Chris immediately called me to inform me and entered another authorization for the brace that the manufacturer does stock. Chris called me the following day with the approval. Chris explained and demonstrated the proper use of the brace and I am a happy Client. Chris' communication, empathy, and knowledge were all top notch. His smile and patience is so inviting. Chris does not believe in a lazy work ethic that he will get to it when he can attitude. Chris prioritized this entire transaction. Chris is a wonderful person. Thank you so much for your diligence and amazing customer service, Chris. You knocked it out of the park😀!!
I was I guess what you would call seen in this office. I can not say a single good thing about this place. The doctor didn’t even address my referred concerns at all and insulted my doctors knowledge and profession. I was referred for crps which when the doctor came in didn’t even touch or assess my affected limb. I was in fact told that since I’m not a professional athlete there’s nothing that can be done and that medication could be prescribed but it would be just like an alcoholic if I started medication now I’d need more later. I was told that my doctor doesn’t know what he was doing to my face. I brought a binder full of medical documents as this has been a 2 year struggle of figuring things out and was told the doctor didn’t want to and refused to review them. If you want a good pain management doctor that is just not trying to take money don’t go here. Having to pay my visit fee was gut wrenching to me as literally NOTHING was done for me.
Zero communication skills, zero emotion or compassion, very flat affect, and not AT ALL patient oriented. I went in for appt and saw new NP/PA last 2 appt as my prior practitioner retired (who was fantastic for YEARS). Both new practitioners stated a flat "good morning" greeting without even looking at me like they were forced to say it as part of the job. Both NP/PA were abrupt, stated "anything change." (statement not a question, not showing any interest in the fact that this was my first visit with THEM), They asked me nothing else and just immediately stated what they would not do for me. They offered no discussion of potential solution, alternative or potential option. Both just made a nasty statement of what they would no longer do. Felt treated you like a drug seeking addict. Make you complete a 45 minute questionnaire prior to appt that they do NOTHING with simply because it is "required by law" I assume. Pick a different company folks!! If you really have a pain issue that needs intervention and assist with potential changing solutions this is NOT THE PLACE TO GO!!!
Checkin person was miserable. Shoved the clipboard out without a greeting or any acknowledgement. Upon checking out, a different person was there. She was very nice!
I rate could rate it ZERO I would. Me and my bf got there an hr before our appointment as requested. Waited another hr to be seen by the doctor just for her to come in for 2 mins to say she couldn’t do anything! She didn’t even go over his MRIs the first thing she told his was “you need to change insurance in order to be seen by me” when my insurance company referred me here

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
