She is very kind, knowledgeable and caring person. I totally recommend her to everyone.

I miss Dr Nikou. She was my doctor for about 5-years and the best doctor I have ever known! I’m 67-years old and have seen many good doctors, but none compare to Dr Nikou. My wife, son, daughter, and grand daughter have all seen Dr Nikou. I would still be seeing her if she hadn’t moved.

Continuation from last review.... From the back, someone asked if I had left and Tiara responded, “No, she’s here at the front”. Things got quiet and I informed Tiara I was no longer going to wait for the manager and wouldn’t be returning to the practice. Again, she continued to apologize as I explained to her that I have never had a bad visit or been treated by anyone at this practice until today with Proshat Nikou(who I won’t acknowledge as a doctor), because of her behavior, the lack of care she provided & the disrespect she displayed! She’s far from any doctor I’ve ever come into contact with, I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone else, and truly don’t feel she’s qualified to practice medicine! Too bad I had to give her a one star because she doesn’t DESERVE ANY!!!

I recently saw Dr. Nikou for a physical in the Hanover office. It may have been the most thorough physical I've ever received! She went through the normal set of questions and exam and then spent the time getting more detail on various pieces of my past medical history and medications. She was easy to talk to and directly addressed my concerns. The staff was polite and the office was easy to get to with plenty of parking. This was my first time to see her so I had paperwork to fill out, but including the paperwork I'm not sure I even waited 15 minutes before they took me back to the room and I was seen pretty much right on time. I did show up 15 minutes before my appt. It felt like a well run office.

Anyone leaves in MD is aware of traffic on rush hour. My fiancee got stuck and asked me to call and let Dr. Nikou's office know she 'd be late, I called and they told me over the phone that according to their policy they allow 10 minutes late arrival. Well my fiance had to rush and was late 7 minutes. Dr. Nikou's secretary was dealing with other matters for quite some time and canceled the appointment. Apparently Dr. Nikou had to leave earlier to avoid rush hour traffic and declined to see the patient. I would have rated ZERO, but 1 is the minimum here. Very unprofessional

Dr. Nikou has no bedside manner and always acts like she is doing you a favor when you come in for an appointment. Her staff is terrible, of no help at all when you call or are in the office. I changed to another doctor in the practice and if the service is not any better, I will find another doctors office

I first saw Dr. Niko when she was a physician before my primary care doctor retired . I saw her once or twice before he left I decided to stick with her because the care that I got was really not bad at the time. when I went to her new location at Lockwood Drive I was shocked the office was filthy dirty. The walls were dirty , the carpet was dirty there were no sanitizing wipes or alcohol in the examining room . Her medical assistant can barely speak a word of English and was incredibly rude with no personality. I had told myself that I was never going back sadly I needed her assistance over this past weekend but I was incredibly ill. It was the exact same situation only this time the doctor asked me if I was a new patient I was floored she clearly didn't even check my chart before she walked in the room . As the weekend progresses I got worse and ended up in the urgent care with a nebulizer treatment . When I tried to call the office on Sunday to get an on-call number or Dr. the phone number with sadly disconnected. When I called again on Monday I got the same recording . Shame on you Adventist healthcare I will never use your services again or any of your doctors!

My mom has seen dr. Nikou in her office. She would send everyone she knows her way.

The physician used a checklist of issues instead of communicating with her patients. She is unresponsive to her online patient portal and has extremely awful bedside manner. Worst doctor that I have ever visited and I work in healthcare!

Worst experience Ive ever had at a Medical Facility. Awful costumer service, didn't receive any confirmation, the staff appeared very unorganized. The Doctor herself was extremely difficult to get in contact with and gave me a prescription I didn't ask for, wasn't previously prescribed, and didn't tell me any of the side-effects. She was a nice lady but her staff around her made it the most frustrating experience when I was out of my medication.
