List of Rani Karipineni's Reviews
I been with her for 13 years and I love her and she will get on u about your health too Sis one of the best doctors I’ve ever had and she’ll get on you if you’re not doing something right and that is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had
I was recently referred to Dr. KARIPINENI by my supervisor. I found Dr. KARIPINENI to be less communicative than other doctors but she addressed my issues. I came prepared and I had written down all of my medications that I take daily, all of the surgeries that I’ve had in the past, and all of my present illnesses that I have. She referred me to a surgeon in the group and after being evaluated by him I do have to have surgery. In order to have surgery you have to have a preop evaluation I was scheduled by her immediately and she completed her task. I later wanted to have I wanted to see a pulmonary specialist due to my low oxygen blood level and she gave me a referral with no questions asked. Her physician assistant, Ebony is fantastic and I just think that Dr. KARIPINENI is not a very talkative person but she treated me and gave me advice on how long I should wait before I have a second surgery.
She was not caring enough for me. Does not talk a lot does not check on you when you are sick. I had to request for another doctor. I was lied to by her receptionist that they do not do COVID testing there at Mery Glen Burnie. When I asked to have New Doctor, my new doctor has treated me better and is concern with my health needs.
Doctor was completely uncaring and uninformative. She just blurted out what she thought was wrong with me and provided no reassurance or additional information. She was barely even willing to tell me what I should do with the information she gave me. When I go to a doctor, I expect my condition to be explained and I expect them to explain what I should do next, as well as the consequences of doing nothing. She just gave me the results of a scan and didn't even tell me what I should do next.
I like Dr. Karipenini. She has listened and sent for follow up test that I may need to get a correct diagnosis. She sent me to see specialist when she thought I had a major problem.
I have been a patient of Dr. Karipenini (Dr. K) for many years now. She is an excellent listener, thorough (secures necessary info before diagnosing & prescribing), and explains issues/diagnoses, etc., in lay language. I have come to trust Dr. K implicitly and am totally confident of her ability to provide excellent counsel and outstanding medical care.
This doctor was one of the worst doctors I've ever met. She refused to get an MRI for me. I got injured and she is telling me to go to physical therapy. Ok, fine, so I go for 5 months and dont get any better and actually get worse. And she still says physical therapy and is what shes gonna do. So I'm struggling to speak in tears because I am 24 years old and have back problems and I'm very scared out of my mind and want to know what's wrong with me. I said all this and you know what she said? Nothing!! She just looked at me and then walked out of the room and got me referral papers for a back specialist and didnt say anything. Worst doctor when it comes to compassion. The sad part is I picked her because in her summary, it says she has a warm smile that puts patients at ease. YEAH RIGHT! and wouldnt stop mentioning "this is what I got to do I've been doing this for over 30 years." She mentions that all the time. The patient doesnt care, they just want to know what's wrong with them. I DO NOT recommend her, and I'm not the only one who is choosing to get a new primary care doctor.
Dr. Rani Karipineni was not welcoming or friendly. She lacked empathy and was not sensitive to my medical history. She is arrogant and acted like every Dr. I've previously seen was wrong and she had all the answers. She cut me off like she was ready for me to leave. She made me feel uncomfortable by interrogating me about previous diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend another Dr. and clinic.
Great dr. Attentive. Doesn't make me feel like a number, rely take time to discuss care plan.
The MOST thorough Doctor I have ever had. Great judgement, advice and caring manner. Her thoroughness saved my life. I completely trust her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
