Rude secretary hung up on my husband. Husband has no refills left until March appointment. She told him nothing she can do about it.

Went home last 10 years does not care about patients just ups meds with no test worst office lady very ignorant

I would never recommend anyone to this office the staff are rude and unprofessional I tried to make a new patient appointments and the lady told me I can find another doctors office because she was rude to me and I was rude back

I see the front desk is still very rude. I’ve been here on and off for a few things and still nasty people in the front of the office. Guess dr Miller doesn’t care about his medical profession being jeopardizes.

Dr. Miller is excellent. However, the office seems incapable of refilling prescriptions in a timely fashion even when the pharmacist is calling. You cannot leave a message on the phone which is beyond annoying when you've been waiting for over a week for your refill. The staff is rude and so is the message when you call in. I am looking for a more professional office.

Just called for the 10th time I have been trying get in touch with these quacks for the past 2 weeks since my Physician referred me... only to find out(very rudely might I add) that I needed an additional level of referral directly from the physician. The receptionist was trash! Just rude and unprofessional! FILTH!!

Dr. Miller has a most efficient secretary and she is always most helpful to us when we call. We rate her at the highest level. JoAnne and Joseph Cuddy

Dr Miller is a very kind, and considerate doctor. He explains the situation thorough with you. You know exactly what the diagnosis is, and the approach to take upon leaving his office. His staff is also very kind and considerate. Highly recommend this office for a neurologist. God blessed me upon finding Dr Miller!

My longstanding neurologist retired. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Miller. He has given me outstanding continuity of care. He also suggested a change to one of my treatment modalities, which has been a real game-changer in the frequency/severity of my migraines. He is a good listener and has a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend him, especially if you want a doctor who will listen to what you have to say and to agree on a plan of care together.

He's been my neuro for 13 years, following a benign brain tumor. He's very thorough and asks a lot of questions. Always makes sure I am doing my follow-up. Has a very calm demeanor and listens. Takes time with his patients.
