he is rude and arrogant doctor and not polite

horrible doctors would not recommend & im convinced they racist or something the white lady was trying so bad to argue with me over something they screwed up with my newborn’s paperwork & i haven’t been back since !!

Do not look any further! This is absolutely the best pediatrician doctor in the area. He is definitely one of the best doctors out there in the whole. Believe me, if your kids are his patients, they are lucky! Mr. Malik is a true gem.

We have been with Dr. Malik for over 10 years. We started out at his old building off of Crain and Ritchie. He is patient, caring, thorough and accurate with his diagnoses. He has saved my sons life. He suffered from breathing issues when he was little and was not getting proper treatment. Dr. Malik to the rescue. During your typical flu/rsv season it can be hectic and busy. The front desk has warned me if there is a wait, they don’t mind if we wait in the car and we’ve always been fit in when possible. There is one front desk associate that is more blunt than others. I my self have thought about saying something. But she is newer. I can also understand when everyone is seeking Dr. Malik specifically. I’ve also heard the receiving end of conversations and the parents calling in, don’t seem to be the kindest, most times. Just my observation.

My 3 children have been going to Dr.Malik for almost 2 years and we love the staff! All of the nurse practitioners are amazing!

Been taking my children to this office since they were born and I’ve only had one issue and that person doesn’t work there anymore. Great doctors and nurse practitioners. Great vibes. My children never had to do unnecessary testing, and when it’s an emergency visit they take very great care of my babies. 🤗

It is impossible to get an appointment for your sick child and that is the entire point in having a pediatrician. The front desk staff have zero sense of emergency and tell you to go elsewhere. When you ask to speak with Dr. Malik or the nurse practitioners you never get called back. There is no point in having Dr. Malik as a regular pediatrician if you cannot get a sick child seen ASAP. Dr. Youn or Manan NEVER turn away a sick child they ALWAYS fit you in. I will be changing my child’s pediatrician faster then I would ever get a call back or a sick child appointment at Dr. Malik’s office which is pathetic.

Been taking my son here for the past 3 yrs. Never had a problem until recently when I took my son for COVID testing. They did it in the car and said to call back on Saturday for results. Is now Saturday and as instructed im calling to find out if my son has it or not, here I am 30 mins on hold and still no answer. I called earlier exactly at 8:00am so it wouldn’t be too busy but whoever is working front desk kept declining my calls.

My babysitter took her daughter to this s* doctor. She had fever, cough and runny nose. They did NOT do COVID even though my babysitter asked for it. Three days later my daughter got sick with the same symptoms. I took her to her doctor and the only test they did was COVID. Guess what she is POSITIVE. Don’t ever take your kid there.
