The team for Doctor Thein has extremely poor patient care! If they can't sell you chemotherapy they will not do their best for their patients needs.

12/2022 BWME ER diagnose me with Cancer. From 12/2022 - 2/2023 their oncologists team failed to treat me with chemo treatment, causing my condition to worsen to almost death. The communication is terrible. My primary doctor at Mercy Hospital recommended that I immediately go to John's Hopkins. John's Hopkins in a few days time discovered the actual cancer and immediately began chemo treatment, which should have been done when I was diagnosis in 12/2022. John's Hopkins is now trying to save my life. I can't speak for others but go to John's Hopkins. This center should be investigate for poor patient care.

The valet parking The nurses from the RN technicians to the Oncologist are all 5 star. I went thru a lot and they saw me to the end of my treatments. Blessings to them all. 🙏🌹

Dr. Markan and the Tate Cancer Center have given me five star treatment since my Breast Cancer diagnosis February 2020. I have been fortunate to participate in two Clinical Trials at the direction of Dr. Markan. I am taking Verzenio a Clinical Trial supported by the Lily Foundation. The Tate Cancer has a clean comfortable Infusion room offering warm blankets and snacks and the most caring nurses anyone could ask for. The healing garden offers support for Cancer Survivors. You are always warmly greeted at the door. Valet parking is free for all Cancer Patients. Linda C. #breastcancersurvivor

The radiation oncology people are absolutely terrific to deal with. They are accommodating and understanding. Very helpful in dealing with the side effects, sometimes it seems they are more concerned about my pain than I am myself. Highly recommend. Would give 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

Great staff , started coming in 2013. They are keeping close watch over me and I'm thankful for it. Oncologists team are top notch.

When I was younger my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, as a little kid knowing what my mom was going through it was really hard. So many changes. But the women in the radiation center made me feel so loved and made not just me but my mom feel so welcomed and an amount of love that can't even be explained. I was really young and I can't remember their names but I hope they see this. And not just the women, the doctors and nurses every person in that building. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces everyday ❤

Not pleased with the oncologist. Very short with explanations and condescending. Not confident at all he is up to date on therapy options. Asked multiple times for MDAnderson consult and never got it. Nurse navigator did not return calls. On positive note infusion nurses were excellent and caring. Beautiful building and friendly support staff.
