Dr. Marshall is a wonderful doctor, he is very respectful and pleasent . The front office staff is the problem, in person there are nice. But over the phone it's long hold times and when I contact someone. The conversation is rushed, they have wrote my referral wrong. It's been 1 month and I or the office have yet to receive the referral. I've left a message for Lauren, no response. What's the use of having a greally doctor to run the ball. Dr. Marshall "hears" what you are saying when you share wiht him any concerns. If somethign is wrong, he does not make you feel as though you are not taking care of yourself. I hope to be his patient forever.

I was looking for a doctor, and I found Dr. Marshall! He has been the best Dr. I ever had. He takes the time to get to know you and your needs. Anytime I've had a complaint of pain, he refers me to someone to find out the issue is, and follows up with you on every detail. Not happy about the staff there, I've been on the phone today for over 30 mins. waiting for someone to answer the phone so I can get an appointment, and than I get put on hold and than sent to a voicemail. I wish Dr. Marshall could get a better staff, than my experience with his office would be even better! But as for Dr. Marshall, I wouldn't trade him for another Dr. ever!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Marshall and he seems to be very involved with his patients concerns. The office staff is the woooooorst. When you get to the office you sit for at least 45 minutes before you are seen. When you call the office you sit on hold and your call it counted down to the next call in line, you are then forwarded to a voicemail that is full and you get disconnected. I am still waiting on a referral that was supposedly mailed earlier this year.

The staff at Gerald Family Care is the worst and Dr. Eric Marshall work ethics, professionalism and interpersonal skills I will give a "F" for Failed. Gerald Family Care Staff and Dr. Eric Marshall overall behavior is the worst.
