They had concerns outside of their scope and quickly referred us to the ER. The concern was ruled out once there; but I appreciate that they didn’t waste precious time. Hopefully their EHR system will update soon- they couldn’t locate my grandmother‘s health insurance in the system even though both grandparents are on the same plan. I’m familiar with that struggle so I know it’s not the fault of the staff- they did the best they could…just hope that they can get it worked out soon.

Was happy with the care I received the urgent Care MedStar health and would gladly visit again for care if necessary. My care taker very helpful and accommodating. I hope not to need urgent care again, but if I do, I would not hesitate to revisit. Thank you. Care taker was Vanessa Mehta 😌

Wait time was really long, RX were not available, Doctor was kinda harsh and did not make me feel welcome. NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE. I am not coming back ever again. My first time and the last one. For sure

The doctor was very friendly. Unfortunately the x-ray tech was not there that day but otherwise the waiting room was clean and they were quick.
